The rules for using Inbox Hustle to find and complete gigs.
By creating an account or using Inbox Hustle in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in Kenya to use Inbox Hustle. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at help@inboxhustle.co.ke if you suspect unauthorized access.
Inbox Hustle connects users to gigs posted by partner businesses, including chat replies, email replies, surveys, and data entry tasks. Gig availability, pay rates, and requirements are set by the partner business and may change at any time. Completing a gig does not create an employment relationship between you and Inbox Hustle or the partner business — you work as an independent contractor.
New accounts undergo a background verification process (typically 24–48 hours) before withdrawals are enabled. We may request additional information to confirm your identity and prevent fraud. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or restricted.

Violating these rules may result in suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings, and permanent account termination.
The Inbox Hustle name, logo, design, and platform content are owned by Inbox Hustle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branding or platform content without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
Inbox Hustle is provided "as is." While we vet partner businesses, we do not guarantee gig availability, earnings amounts, or uninterrupted platform access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbox Hustle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from your use of Inbox Hustle will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Inbox Hustle after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
